Sitting in on a meeting with white people, they’re talking about people they’d like to interview, the phrase “to add some color” was just thrown around, as well as “diversity”
I wish this was an actual setting.
But, for future reference white people (and whiteness upholding POC), I get enough of y’all every day, every hour, ever minute, every motherfucking moment of my fucking life, so this one space that’s mine? Yeah, I’d like to keep it safe not only for myself, but for other folks of color as well.
And when I say followed me, I mean purposefully slowed down (I was on my moped) in the middle of the street and waited until I drove past to stare at me, got behind me, followed me for a block, cut me off, slowed down in the middle of an intersection then wouldn’t let me pass, turned on my same street, rolled down her window and accused me of messing with her car and mumbling a threat at me afterward.
Fuck white people.
